"As a kindergarten educator and thanks to the experiences gained working in different schools and cultural contexts, my goal has been to visualize the real needs of children.
I have voluteered with families at social risk, in private schools and in public schools. In all of them I have reaffirmed my vocation to serve education, in the classroom accompanying children in their learning processes and in working with families supporting them in the encounter with their children.
During all this journey I have visualized the importance of being a prepared adult, who welcomes, accompanies and leads always from the respect, empathy and understanding, and that is why I am currently doing the Gestalt training.
As a mother, new concerns arose that led me to study other methodologies, thus finding an alternative system that meets the needs in the most important stage of life as it is from 0 to 6 years. I decided to take different Montessori courses, one of them was "Educating for Peace", which inspired me to follow the Montessori philosophy.
For two years I had the opportunity to coordinate a Montessori Free School project in Jaén. I have been lucky enough to meet great professionals along the way, who have shared with me valuable knowledge that continues to add to my professional experience every day.
My contribution to Jaén Montessori International School is to put all my experience in different work contexts, to accompany the team, families and children, to create an environment of trust and learning. "
